Life Centers
The Life Centers in Loveland and Berthoud follow the nationally recognized bundled-services model for social service delivery. This model was born out of the realization that programs built to help people climb out of poverty were often underutilized due to scheduling conflicts, transportation barriers, and a lack of awareness that the program existed.
The integrated, co-located services at the Life Center solve those issues! People in need of help and resources are welcomed to a central place for services.
Along with the help offered at HNS there are many other resources available at each Life Center where partner agencies and nonprofits are working together.
